Rythmz Live is one of the hottest Entertainment Tv show in Ghana. It's a Monday to Friday program which starts at 1:00pm to 3:00pm live on GhOne Tv. The Tuesday segment is hosted by Dj Xpliph and Sheldon.
On Tuesday 13th of February Rapper M Fresh Mic was featured on the show with another rapper. They were given 3 instrumentals to freestyle on.
Rapper M Fresh freestyle more than the time he was given, spit hot bars and punchlines non stop.
